She specialized in the traditional and modern forms of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga.

Below is the description of the options our clients have.

Yoga Level 1 – for Beginners
If you have never done yoga before or planning to do it again after an extended period, it’s a good idea to look into the beginner’s series. At this level, you will learn how to train your body, understand the name of asanas and their benefits, and prepare for the next level.
A level 1 yoga class will include a “slower” rhythm focused on the basic asanas (poses). Your instructor will call out English and Sanskrit names for the poses to make the class more accessible. If you are a more advanced practitioner, you can still benefit from level 1 classes because the instructor will focus on foundational work that is sometimes false by the wayside after many years of practice.

Yoga Level 2 – Experienced-Beginners
Level 2 yoga will elevate everything you’ve learned in level 1 to more advanced postures. More focus will be on connecting your breath to your movements with challenging poses. Level 2 classes will assume that you have a basic understanding of yoga. It’s on the foundational poses of level 1 classes that level 2 builds.
You will learn different arm balances, faster-paced classes, and perfect body alignment.

Yoga Level 3 – Intermediate-Advanced
Welcome to Level 3 Yoga! Here you’ll expand your skills and take things to the next level. Intermediate to advanced classes requires substantial form and alignment knowledge to keep your body safe. It requires understanding how far you can push your body, when you need extra support, and when to slow down.
A more intermediate-advanced class can push you to your edge while still allowing you to learn about your body. Now is the time to push yourself mindfully. Level 3 classes will teach you about perseverance — mastering handstands alone is a day-by-day process! Have fun, and don’t be afraid to take safe risks.

Yoga Level 4 – Advanced
It’s now time to level up the intensity of your yoga practice. Advance poses take a long time to build and require maintenance. Are you ready for the challenge?
Balance and strength are required for most poses within this yoga level. In addition, some poses require extreme flexibility, while others need stability in the wrists, elbows, and abdominal muscles.
Within a Level 4 class, you’ll likely notice how much your emotions impact your practice. It might be harder to maintain more challenging shapes when you’re having a mentally demanding day. Your practice will likely be on point when you feel on point.

•20-CLASS PACKAGE – $450
It expires in 6 months! So if you do yoga once a week, you will finish that package in 6 months; that’s 20 classes in 180 days!

•10-CLASS PACKAGE – $250
It expires in 3 months! If you do yoga once a week, you will finish that package in 3 months; that’s 10 classes in 90 days!

•5-CLASS PACKAGE – $150
It expires in 1 month! If you want to experience how your body feels after 5 classes, try this package: 5 classes in 30 days!

•1-CLASS PACKAGE – $35
It expires in 1 month! If you want to see & feel yoga at a very high level.

Notes: Duration of each class is 60mins
